If you want a free place on this course just list your 10 best patient goals below and submit them to us! It is that simple Remember you cannot submit the same goals that you have submitted for a previous free place (they need to be new). Also, you will stand a better chance of winning the place if your goals focus on cognitive, executive, awareness or behaviour domains of function, and if they are SMART goals.

We will judge the entries on Sept 03. Also it is essential that you include the following information: Name, Phone number, Email address, Place of work, Type of environment you work in (i.e. adult, paediatric, acute, post acute, community, support group, etc)
